In the unlikely event of your picture arriving damaged, we ask that you take the following action:
• If the external packaging is damaged, please sign for the parcel and note that it is damaged on the courier’s receipt. If you do not note the damage, it makes it much more difficult to reclaim costs from the courier.
• Thoroughly check the product as you unwrap it to check that it is in good condition throughout.
• If there is any damage to the frame, mount, picture or if the glass is broken, please take a digital picture of the damage and send it to us as an email attachment in jpg format. Please use the following address: email@example.com
We will contact you to discuss the matter and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
We’re sorry that, because all our items are made to order, we can’t accept returns of any items which arrive in good, undamaged condition.
All our pictures are double-boxed with polystyrene padding round the frame.
