As all our frames are hand made to order, small variations in size are possible.
Framed prints have a mount (mat) of 2″ (50mm) all round. Unframed prints have a border of between approx 0.5″ (12mm) to 1.5″ (35mm).
All sizes are approximate.

Our product range and prices are simply structured.
We offer three sizes of print (see below) and a choice of three frame colours, or we can provide unframed prints. Most of our photographs are available as colour or black and white images, but a few are just black and white.

Framed prints

SMALL £ 95.00.
STANDARD £ 125.00.
LARGE £ 149.00.

Unframed prints

SMALL £ 39.00.
STANDARD £ 59.00.
LARGE £ 79.00.

We use only perspex glazing in our framed prints. Perspex is just as clear as traditional float glass, is much tougher than glass, very difficult to break (especially in transit) and much lighter in weight.

It can be cleaned with care. Please note that harsh chemical cleaners and rough cloths may damage the surface irreparably, so please use just the gentlest of cleaning methods.

The terms ‘mount’ and ‘mounted’ are used in the UK and are the equivalent of ‘mat’ and ‘matted’ in the USA and elsewhere. As Oxford Pictures is a UK company, we’ll stick to the Queen’s English if you don’t mind! (or the King’s English now, I suppose.)

Our mounts (mats) are made from ‘conservation’ grade, FSC certified, acid-free board. This means that they are from sustainable sources and will not fade or discolour with age. (Strong, constant sunlight may lead to some fading.)
Mount sizes quoted are approximate and may be subject to small variations in the manufacturing process.

All our Framed and Unframed Photographic and Watercolour Prints are made on Museum Quality matte art paper, the substrate of choice for fine art prints. It gives consistent high quality results and is ideal for rich, full colour photographs and illustrations. The matte finish emphasises different highlights and tones in the originals which creates stunning results.

All prints are made using water-based giclée inks.

We aim to dispatch UK orders for Framed Prints in around 5 working days and Unframed Prints in around 3 working days. We find that this is sufficient for the majority of orders, but please bear with us, in case unforeseen circumstances occur.

If you need your order in a hurry, we may be able to help, but this isn’t a guarantee. Please contact us for more information.

As we print and manufacture in several locations around the world, including the EU, USA and Australia, this helps to keep international delivery times down, but we often can’t promise exact delivery times because of potential delays in customs, local problems etc.

At Christmas, we guarantee that orders falling before our cut-off date will be delivered in good time!

Delivery is free to UK addresses, included in the price of your item.
International delivery is £19.95.

We’re sorry that, because all our items are made to order, we can’t accept returns of any items which arrive in good, undamaged condition.
All our items are carefully wrapped using bubble wrap and robust packaging.

We take great care to wrap and package your items. We have a great deal of experience in packing up fragile items for dispatch across the world.
However, things can occasionally go wrong, and in the unlikely event of your picture arriving damaged, we ask that you contact us to discuss what’s wrong. In the first instance, please email us via our contact form.
